Dr. Bell Completed a three year Surgery and Medicine Residency program in June 2006 and is now in his own practice with the Excelsior Podiatry Clinic PLLC since June of 2006. His undergraduate studies were completed at Morris College in Sumter, South Carolina. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS degree in Science, with a major in Biology. He obtained his Medical Assistant certificate in 1999 from Concord Career Institute and has completed his Masters Degree in Health Services Administration in September 2008 from Strayer University in Memphis, TN. Dr.Bell is also a Member of the Bluff City Medical Society in Memphis, TN Chapter. Dr. Bell is a Gulf War Veteran with 10 years with the US NAVY both active and reserve military duty experience Honorable discharge 1999. Dr. Bell is Married with one son and resides in the Greater Metro area of West Tennessee. Dr. Bell is Board Certified by the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery and is a Member of American Podiatric Medical Association and the Tennessee Podiatric Medical Association.
